Agency, local administrations, primarily planning activities, regional plans and programs implementing or activities to increase the capacity of local development, and other institutions and organizations that are considered as applicants for their work that can contribute to local and regional development, by its own personnel within the framework of its current possibilities or in necessary cases. Technical support activities are completed within one month following the signing of the contract. Implementation period of technical support activities, which could not be completed within one month even though they were approved due to high demand, intensity and other reasons; It can be extended by the Secretary General for a maximum of one month, taking into account the Agency's workload, expert profile and work schedule.
